Faire cuire les p\u00e2tes selon le mode de pr\u00e9paration de l\u2019emballage et laisser refroidir les p\u00e2tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Cuire les cubes de tofu sur une grille ou dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement color\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tape facultative. Vous pourriez simplement ajouter directement les cubes de tofu dans votre salade si vous manquez de temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Dans un bol \u00e0 salade, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients sauf l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
