Il faut n\u00e9anmoins veiller \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de le pr\u00e9parer : s\u2019il est consomm\u00e9 cru, seule la moiti\u00e9 des prot\u00e9ines sont dig\u00e9r\u00e9es. En revanche, si le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf est trop cuit, cela provoque une mauvaise digestion de ses prot\u00e9ines.
